The diet uses a mixture of fasting with low carb foods to help you lose weight and burn fat. Because it puts you into a state of ketosis, you will lose the weight rapidly. The first thing you’ll learn on the diet food list is about Snake Juice.

The mixtures can vary. This juice is a combination of water, Himalayan pink salt, potassium chloride and Epsom salt. But some of the recipes also call for baking soda. The purpose of this diet food is to make sure that you keep your electrolytes in balance.

Whatever you do, you can’t eliminate or skip this step. If you’re not going to have the juice on your food list, don’t do the diet. As you’re using this juice, you might feel like your stomach is empty, but you won’t feel hungry.

After that, your diet food list will be based on the instructions of eating 4:1. That means that you buy plenty of vegetables that are low in carb. Plus, you also get meat and fats. You could easily make a meal consisting of a steak along with green beans and cauliflower.

You can make the meal that you use to break your fast with whatever kind of diet food that you want to eat as long as it fits within the 4:1 plan. The foods that you eat on the list do have a cap.

You would need to get all of your calories in during your feeding window. While you’re on this diet, you will need to eliminate both coffee and any kind of caffeine. That means let go of the tea, dark chocolate and any food that contains this stimulant. You will also need to avoid alcohol. Both of these substances can undermine your success and shouldn’t be on your food list.
