2 cups fresh lime juice

1 1/2 cups (16-20 count) Wild American shrimp, cleaned

and deveined, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces

1 cup Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced small

1 serrano pepper, minced

1/4 cup red onion, diced small

1/4 cup cilantro, cleaned, stemmed and chopped

Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 1/2 cups watermelon, diced into 1/2-inch pieces

Baked tortilla chips

Lime wedges for garnish

Stir 1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice into shrimp and place in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until shrimp is no longer opaque. Drain, rinse and set aside.

For the pico sauce, combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, Roma tomatoes, serrano pepper, red onion, cilantro, kosher salt and black pepper.

Combine shrimp, watermelon, pico sauce and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Garnish with lime wedges and serve with chips.

First, loosen the stones by drinking an 8 oz glass of apple juice morning and evening for 4-6 weeks. This is a very important step and you should not skip it and try to do the flush right away, it just will not work.

Then you will need to set aside a day when you are home with no commitments. You are going to need to be in or near a bathroom most of the day.

The day before, you will do a short semi-fast. You will not eat any solid food this day. Drink your apple juice in the morning as usual and you can have another glass at lunchtime if you want.

If you have not done a juice fast before, do not worry, it is not as difficult as it may sound. Any time you feel yourself tempted to eat other foods, just remind yourself that it is only for one day and it needs to be done for the sake of your health. A lot of people do juice-only fasts of 1 to 7 days as a regular thing. In fact, there is even a fashion right now of 90 day ‘juice feasting’ where no solid food is eaten for 3 months. So you can do it for just one day, right?

In the evening, before going to bed, drink 8 oz of organic extra virgin olive oil mixed with 4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice from actual whole lemons. This mixture tastes something like salad dressing. You will probably need about 4 lemons, depending on size and juiciness. Do not use bottled lemon juice.

In the morning (at least 8 hours later) take a fast-acting natural laxative, either epsom salts or 10 oz citrate of magnesia (not milk of magnesia). You should then expect to need the bathroom often for several hours because you are going to have diarrhea.

In with the diarrhea you should find that you pass many little green stones like small peas. These are the gall stones.

Congratulations, you have successfully flushed out your gall bladder!

Let’s imagine how AI might impact on internet marketing for a moment. Currently, the best way to ensure your content gets seen is to write lots of high quality articles or posts, and then to share them to a blog.

But what if an AI could write an article better than you could? This isn’t hypothetical – it’s something that has already been achieved in several instances.

What would take a human an hour to write would take an AI a fraction of a second. And that would mean it could flood the web with new content – doubling or tripling its size overnight.

At the same time, this also provides some encouragement as to what to search, thereby keeping users on Google for longer and benefiting the search giant too.

But take a moment to reflect on just how impressive this is really. Not only has Google understood that you are likely to be looking for more things related to your first search, but it has also understood that the Ninja Turtles have names – that they are a group of fictional characters.

How can it do this? Partly it comes down to a very powerful new feature of the algorithm called rankbrain.

Introducing Rankbrain

Essentially, RankBrain is an algorithm designed to better understand what people mean when they search for something.

Previously, Google worked by looking for exact keyword matches. If someone searched for a phrase such as “buy hats online,” then Google would look for a website that featured that exact phrase somewhere in the text. This was a simple method, but unfortunately it was also flawed. Apart from anything else, it was very easy for website owners to try and “trick” Google.

RankBrain changes this by splitting search phrases up into “word vectors” that categorize search terms by their meaning and their context. This way, RankBrain can then attempt to understand the question and then find an actual answer online.

This also allows Google to avoid making mistakes when looking at words with more than one meaning. For example, if you were to search for “decision trees,” then Google might once have gotten confused between the flow chart, and decisions about trees. The old Google might have brought up an article telling you how to “make decisions about trees.”

The new Google however will look for related terms and phrases in the text, which could include such things as “flow chart” or “choices.”

By recognizing these terms are also in the text, Google will know that the user was asking about decision trees (flow charts) and not tree decisions!

Google is getting smarter all the time, and is becoming increasingly adept at second guessing users and knowing how to provide them with useful answers. This changes the game for internet marketers too though, who now need to think in terms of synonyms and related terms, instead of just repeating the same phrase over and over!

After adultery has reared its ugly head in a marriage it can be difficult to even think about trying to save a marriage. If you’re reading this after you have committed adultery and you’re desperately searching online trying to find a way to save your marriage, then you should be under no illusions of the task ahead of you.

Whatever reason you strayed, you already know that you’ve broken your spouse’s heart and you’ve let them down terribly. I say this not to make you feel even guiltier than you feel, but to impress upon you the mayhem that you have caused. Recovering from the situation that your marriage is now in, will take a focused, committed and detailed plan.

After adultery, you must come to terms with what you have done. Often times we find it difficult to accept the part that we have played in our own mess. It’s human nature to want to hide from what we have done and not take responsibility for what we have done. However, you’d be very wrong to try and hide from the fallout of your affair. Instead accept what you’ve done, own up to what you’ve done and tell your spouse you’re ready to do what ever it takes to save your marriage.

The truth is your spouse might or might not believe you’re serious about saving your marriage. An affair puts great strain on a couple. A good and healthy marriage thrives on mutual trust and commitment. When that trust and commitment is broken, it is pretty hard, but not impossible, to get back. So you’re going to have to be prepared to work to get it back and also be prepared for it to take as long as it takes to it get back.

Often times, after adultery, the spouse who has been cheated on is angry and will find different ways to hurt their cheating spouse. If your spouse is lashing out at you emotionally then for some time, at least, you’re going to have to take it. Of course this emotional lashing out shouldn’t go on for months, but for now, initially, this is something you’re going to have to put up with.

What you say now you must mean. After adultery you will find that everything you say will be scrutinized and examined by your spouse. This again is only natural, but you must be careful not to get caught in any further lies. Right now you have a job and a half to win back your spouse, imagine the setback if you were discovered in more lies. So whatever you need to come clean about, come clean about it and avoid getting caught in any further lies.

Should you stay or should you go? Only you can know the answer to that. But if there is still love between you and your spouse, then it has to be worth trying to save your marriage.

Have you ever wondered what’s actually going on when you find yourself thinking about something? You hear a voice inside your head often, or picture something happening, but how precisely is your brain generating that voice? And how is it understanding what the voice is saying?

A lot of people take for granted the fact that they can understand their native language but of course this is a much more impressive and complicated feat that’s going on inside the brain than it might appear. You were not born being able to understand English and as such, your brain must be ‘translating’ the words into some purer form of meaning. This is how a computer works – interpreting inputs and programming language into machine code.

What is the machine code of the brain?

The old explanation was that the brain would understand words literally by going through a translation process. Specifically, it was believed that the brain would translate words from English into a kind of ‘base language’ that was often referred to as ‘mentalese’.

More recent research has challenged this view though and put forward a much more interesting idea…

You Think With Your Body

According to a theory called ‘embodied cognition’, the brain does not inherently understand language but instead uses the body to interpret what is being said. More specifically, it uses the body’s interactions with the world and previous experience to understand the nature of language.

To better understand this, we can recall a study in which patients were subjected to brain scans while they were being spoken to. In this study, it was found that telling the patients a story would cause their brains to light up just as though they were actually living that story themselves.

In other words, if you were to tell someone about the time you walked through the snow, then their brains would light up as though they were walking through snow. This would include areas of the motor cortex associated with the actual motion of walking and areas that are regulated by temperature and skin sensations.

In other words, you only understand the content of what you’re being told because you’re using your body to visualize that thing happening!

This can then explain a lot about the way our body responds during a given activity. For instance, it explains why we might suddenly feel scared when reading a scary story, or why we might feel hungry when being told about a delicious meal – our physiological response is the same as though it were happening to us!

There are many implications for this but perhaps one of the areas where it has the most impact is in regards to AI. AI is a kind of ‘disembodied cognition’ and if this theory is to be believed, then there is at least a chance that this kind of thought is a contradiction. Perhaps an AI would need a body in order to be able to think!

And of course this also shows us the importance of engaging with infants and helping them to explore their environments.
